Our story
Logan River Redlands Horse Trail Riding Club commenced as a trail riding club in 2002. Working equitation joined the club in 2018, and in 2025 the club was the successful applicant for an expression of interest to lease the grounds at 30 Irwin Road, Cedar Grove.
January 2026 saw the club move from Chambers Flat to Boondarn Park. The move let us grow from trail riding and working equitation into dressage, ranch riding and show jumping, and on 4 April 2026 the club became Logan Equestrian and Quarter Horse Club Inc.
Boondarn Park hosts member and participation competitions, training clinics and multi-discipline events in a safe, relaxed and fun environment for riders of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Outside club events the grounds are open to other community groups and equestrian clinicians for hire.
Volunteers
The club cannot run without member involvement: members riding in an event are allocated a job to help the day run smoothly, and we are always looking for volunteers for the canteen, the gear steward tent and the subcommittees. We will help you find a way to volunteer that suits you.
