Two sand dressage arenas
$180 per day
Both competition-grade sand arenas, hired together.

Full facility hire
$450 per day
Every arena, the grassed area, the round yard and the clubhouse for your show or clinic.

A $200 cleaning bond is required per booking. Lighting in the undercover arena is extra. 15% discount for regular hirers (ten events a year) and a discount for two or more consecutive days. Prices are set by the committee and may change.
Hire conditions

The venue is available to equestrian groups and other insured organisations. A certificate of currency for public liability insurance is required for each hire.
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required for each hire and payment must be made in full before the hire date. A $200 cleaning bond applies per booking.
Half-day hire is available by quote. Regular hirers (ten events a year) receive a 15% discount, and there is a discount for two or more consecutive days.
There is no amenities block, so hirers must arrange a shower block or their own showers at the time of hire. All overnight camping must be approved in writing by Logan City Council, which can take up to six weeks; the club makes the submission on your behalf, so apply well in advance. A horse health declaration must be completed on the day.
The grounds are closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day and before 1.30pm on Anzac Day, and may be closed for maintenance or after heavy rain. Club events are shown on the availability calendar.
The main entrance is via Irwin Road for guests and floats. Larger vehicles should enter via Boondarn Court. Parking is available via both entrances.
Dogs are strictly not permitted on event days. At other times a dog must be on a leash and tied to your float, truck or car, and never inside the clubhouse fence or the arenas.
