Membership 2026
Riding and non-riding members of all ages and abilities. Choose the membership that matches the disciplines you ride.
Which membership do I need?
Because the club offers disciplines under two governing bodies, club membership is tailored to them. Every membership includes the club fee; most include the $90 grounds levy (capped at $130 per family).
- Platinum – everything: dressage, working equitation, show jumping, trail riding, trail obstacles, camps, ranch and all clinics, plus access to the grounds outside club events. Requires ATHRA and Equestrian Queensland Recreational membership.
- Gold – all EA/EQ club events (dressage, working equitation, show jumping, clinics) plus access to the grounds outside club events. Requires Equestrian Queensland Recreational membership.
- Silver – all ATHRA club events (trail riding, trail obstacles, camps, clinics, ranch). Requires ATHRA membership; the grounds levy is paid when you attend grounds events.
- Silver Plus – as Silver, with the grounds levy paid up front.
- Bronze – all EA/EQ club events at club events only.
Club fees 2026
Adult (18 and over) club fee $35 + $90 grounds levy = $125. Junior (5–17) club fee $25 + $90 grounds levy = $115. A waiver must be signed to finalise your membership, acknowledging that club membership does not include personal accident insurance.

If I become a member, can I ride on the grounds when events aren't on?
You need Equestrian Queensland Recreational membership (or above) with a Platinum or Gold club membership to be insured to ride at the grounds outside club events. The committee provides the gate access code once your membership is paid.
Can I bring my own coach for lessons?
Private lessons can only be given by a coach holding a current insurance certificate of currency, emailed to the secretary each year.
Do you offer Qld Government Fairplay vouchers?
Yes. We are listed as an activity provider in the PlayOn! Sports Provider Directory.
Do I need to help at events?
Yes. Competitors are expected to help for about an hour at each event they enter. Member entry fees are discounted because members help run the day.
